Good Systems was founded by Philip Brookes, emerging from his experiences in the ‘For Purpose’ sector and particularly as CEO of several community-based organisations and NDIS Disability Support Providers. We are driven by a shared commitment to building better systems for non-profit organisations and disability service providers across Melbourne and Australia. Our roots are in the heart of our most vulnerable communities, and our team has worked across Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia. We have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by providers and participants working within multicultural and diverse communities.

Our Story

After years of leading a successful disability services provider, our founder recognised a critical need: NDIS providers are struggling for survival and need practical, ethical, and sustainable systems that put them back into the black financially and empower them to deliver exceptional support. Good Systems was created to fill that gap—combining sector expertise, lived experience, and a relentless focus on quality improvement.
